Common questions

Which chatbot platforms do you detect?
Named detection for the major platforms (Intercom, Tidio, Crisp, Zendesk, HubSpot, Tawk, LiveChat, Drift, Botpress) plus a heuristic that flags conversational widgets from vendors we don't know yet — so an unknown provider doesn't mean a silent miss.
What if the scan can't see my chatbot?
Some bots load in ways even a full browser render can't reach on the first pass. Your report will say "indeterminate", and you can leave an email to be notified when we can complete the analysis — we're improving coverage weekly.
My chatbot is plainly labelled "AI assistant". Am I fine?
Maybe — Article 50 has an "unless obvious" clause. The scan checks whether the disclosure is actually present and clear at first interaction, which is what an auditor would look at.
